1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Roux HQ mobile application (“the App”) or visiting our informational website (rouxhq.com), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
The Roux HQ website is informational only and does not allow account creation, app access, or purchases.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Roux HQ account.
By creating an account, you confirm that you reside in Canada and have the legal authority to accept these Terms.
3. Accounts and Security
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Roux HQ is not liable for loss or damage caused by unauthorized account access if you fail to protect your credentials.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your App Store or Google Play account before the renewal date.
All payments are handled by third-party processors. Roux HQ does not collect or store payment card information.
Applicable taxes are calculated in accordance with Canadian law.
5. Content and Recommendations
Roux HQ provides informational and organizational content, including AI-generated suggestions for meals, activities, and milestones.
These are for general guidance only.
Roux HQ does not provide medical, developmental, or nutritional advice.
Parents and caregivers should consult appropriate professionals for any concerns about a child’s health, development, or well-being.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, designs, code, and content within the Roux HQ app and website are owned by or licensed to us.
You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Copying, redistributing, or modifying the app or its contents without permission is prohibited.
7. Acceptable Use

Use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.
Attempt to interfere with or disable any app features or servers.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app code.

8. Termination
